Overview

3IC RTU for substation is installed in the field of substation in order to monitor and control electic power facilities in the substation. This is multi-function RTU which gathers, analayes and processes System Operation Data.
The RTU function includes providing operation data of electric power facilities to Dispatch (Branch) Center Control System, and/or controlling the facilities based on the control commend received from the Control System.

Feature

• EMS-RTU is consisted of Main Processing Device (MPD), Field Processing Device (FPD).
  EMS-RTU shall also incorporate System Management System (SMS) and Graphic/Security Server (SRMS) for management and security purpose.
• MPD and FPD communication is via Dual Optical Ring Topology (100Base-FX, Profibus)
• Uninterrupted Operation (Fault-Tolerant)
• DNP 3.0, DNP over TCP/IP, IEC 60870, Industry Standard Profibus, Modbus TCP/IP
• Provide system diagnosis and standard time syncronization functions
• Linux Based License Free Software
